Stella & Dot
Fall 2011. I led UX Development team for Stella & Dot's replatform from NextWave to Magento. The project included a traditional B2C e-commerce shop and also an internal Stylist Lounge shop to support the Stella amp; Dot direct sales business model. Launced US, Canadian, and United Kingdom locales.

The Wall Street Journal
Spring/Summer 2010. At Optaros, I served as Senior UX Developer for the Wall Street Journal Customer Care Center project. Our team delivered wireframes, information architecture diagrams, and assembled presentation layer HTML/CSS.
This project is still under development.

Pterodáctilo Magazine
Summer 2009. Pterodáctilo is the University of Texas at Austin's spanish and portuguese art and literary magazine. In 2009, I helped the Department of Spanish and Portuguese convert it into an frequently updated online magazine featuring audio and video. WordPress powers the content management. The Pterodáctilo visual redesign was by Drew Wilson.

Winter 2009. A video resource page for Whole Foods Market powered entirely by the Google YouTube API.

Whole Story Blog
2008. The official blog for Whole Foods Market discusses organics, supporting local growers, green practices and other food-related subjects.

reSolutions Campaign
2008. This WordPress theme for the January 2008 Whole Foods Market campaign "reSolutions Start Here" features style-by-category blog posts. The design is based on in-store print material and shelf talkers.

Whole Foods Market University redesign (WFM-U 2.0)
Fall 2007. During Summer 2007, the Whole Foods Market University website was redesigned for greater usability and scalability. Upgrades include implementation of a grid design system, content management solutions, an updated media player with database connectivity, five-star feedback rating system, and AJAX powered usage statistics. Not available externally.

Whole Earth Weigh-in
Spring 2007. For the 2007 Earth Month campaign for Whole Foods Market, the microsite's design replicated the campaign's print material and drove traffic to BeGreen's Carbon Footprint Calculator. No longer available.

Whole Foods Market University
Spring 2005. The original design for Whole Foods Market University included flash based applets, slot machine style course navigation, Flash video media players, and e-newsletters. No longer available.

While Flash elements are often incorporated in my site designs, the following projects are stand-alone applications and e-learning courseware.

Summer 2008. This short video highlights several updates and online community additions to the public website for Whole Foods Market.

Destination Summer
Summer 2008. Whole Foods Market and Food Network microsite features a regional culinary map and summer grilling recipes. Visitors can also enter a sweepstakes to win tickets to Farm Aid 2008.

2008. These Flash pieces from the wholefoodsmarket.com homepage include the Bring Your Own Bag announcement, Secret Ingredient Showdown, Whole Earth Generation, and Destination Summer.

How to Thoroughly Clean for Organics
2007. How To Thoroughly Clean for Organics is a course that teaches Whole Foods Market Team Members how to clean and sanitize surfaces and tools that come into contact with organic perishables. Presented as a mock educational film, key components include seamless integration of Flash and widescreen Flash video and drag and drop quizzes.
